What we collect

• • Your uploaded WhatsApp .txt (one-to-one, without media).
• • Optional first names and relationship type (to personalize the report).
• • Payment confirmation from the provider (amount, status, reference).
• • Basic technical logs (timestamps, status codes, non-identifying metrics).

What we don’t collect

• • We never sell your chat content.
• • No human reads your chat; it is processed automatically to generate your report.
• • We don’t send your uploaded chat text to advertisers or analytics tools.
• • Website analytics may track site usage events, but not your chat content.

How your data flows

1. You upload a .txt via a private, pre-signed link to our storage.
2. Our system parses patterns and generates your PDF (machines-only).
3. The PDF is stored privately and shared back to you via a signed download link.
4. You can delete immediately from our storage using the “Delete my data” button.

Retention & deletion

• • Reports and uploads auto-delete within 24 hours.
• • You can erase earlier with the delete-now button shown after generation.
• • Backups (if any) follow the same short retention policy.

Security & storage

• • Private object storage; access via time-limited signed URLs.
• • Transport encryption (HTTPS) everywhere.
• • Minimal logs; we avoid storing raw chat text in logs.

Your choices & rights

• • Delete immediately after download (button shown after generation).
• • Request deletion or a copy via relationshipclarity.ai@gmail.com.
• • Don’t upload chats of minors or content you don’t have the right to share.

Children

RelationshipClarity.ai is for adults (18+) and should not be used to process chats of minors.
